The 9th online meeting for the needs of the IMPACT project took place on Tuesday 11/03/2025 with the participation of all partners. 

The consortium discussed critical issues for the future and success of the project. 

The consortium has successfully completed the partner replacement process, with the national agency approving the transition from GPH to Servicius ASBL. This change ensures continuity in the project’s implementation while allowing the consortium to move forward with key activities as planned.

In light of the transition, the consortium reviewed the upcoming activities to align them with the adjusted timeline. Partners are expected to provide feedback on the first draft of the publication, while ECEPAA will lead the development of the toolkit with contributions from all partners. The transnational project meeting (TPM) in Spain will serve as a critical milestone before the international workshop, which will be planned once the toolkit and publication near completion. Local workshops and webinars will follow the international workshop, leading up to the final event once all activities are in place. Given delays caused by the partner transition, the consortium is considering a project extension of four to five months beyond the current end date of November 2025, with a final decision expected by October 2025.

Additionally, partners reviewed the zero draft of the publication, identifying concerns regarding copied text from external sources. It was agreed that rephrasing and proper citations would be implemented to maintain academic integrity. A finalized version of the publication is expected before the meeting in Spain. To ensure consistency across project outputs, ECEPAA will coordinate the development of the toolkit, while partners will collaborate in pairs to refine specific components. The meeting in Spain will also include a dedicated session for structuring the international workshop, reinforcing a collaborative approach to project implementation.

Partners agreed that they will send their review for the Publication draft until 11th of April and also renewed their online meeting for 6th May 2025.
