The eighth online meeting for the needs of the IMPACT project took place on Thursday 05/12/2024 with the participation of all partners. 

The consortium discussed very important issues that arose during the project. More specifically, the Belgian school for various reasons decided to withdraw from the project, resulting in the creation of a series of new data and problems, to which the consortium had to respond immediately. Therefore, following a relevant search for potential new partners and discussions during this time with the National Coordination Unit, it was decided to get involved in the project and replace the Belgian school with an NGO from the same region of Belgium.

In addition, the consortium decided to consider very seriously in the future the possibility of requesting a six-month extension of the project in order to ensure that all the objectives as initially set are achieved. Finally, it was decided to postpone the training meeting scheduled for March in Belgium, to complete the procedures for publishing the article on the project and to prepare the relevant training toolkit appropriately, then to hold a meeting of the partners in Spain, in order to check all these deliverables and, once everything is ready and passes the relevant quality control, to organize the training meeting in Belgium. Finally, the partners renewed their online meeting for January 2025.
