On Wednesday 25/02/2026, an online meeting of the project coordinators was held, in order to provide further feedback on the training in Belgium, but also to finalize the next steps. Specifically, pending issues regarding the completion of the toolkit and the publication, as well as translation issues, were resolved.

All deliverable files regarding the toolkit have been uploaded to the program website as well as their translations. The publication has also been completed and uploaded in English. Clarification is expected from the Belgian Coordination Unit for the translation of the toolkit given its size. In addition, the partners discussed issues regarding the implementation of the webinar and seminar that must be implemented in each country and specific guidelines and specifications that each partner must follow were defined.

The Greek and Spanish teams have already planned the relevant activities for March and the relevant results will be discussed at the next online meeting.
