The third online meeting and partner communication for the Erasmus+ project titled "Increasing Migration and Climate Change Public Awareness through Collaboration and Teaching," with the project number 2023-1-BE01-KA220-SCH-000166907, was conducted on Thursday, 22nd February 2024, via Microsoft Teams. The meeting addressed final preparations related to the educational visit to Ethiopia, including security considerations, passport and visa requirements, and vaccination protocols. The coordinator created a shared Excel document for partners to detail their arrival plans in Addis Ababa for the upcoming study visit. The hosting organization provided a brief overview of the meeting agenda and committed to finalizing it as soon as possible. Additionally, discussions on transportation logistics were concluded satisfactorily. Brief discussions on dissemination strategies were also held, reiterating the project's objectives as outlined in the proposal. These strategies will be further elaborated during the face-to-face meeting in Ethiopia.
