On Tuesday 02/09/2025, the coordinating members of the consortium met online to discuss important issues regarding the progress of the IMPACT project as well as the face to face meeting in Valladolid.

Specifically, the final details of completing the publication as a deliverable of the project were discussed. The pilot application of the tookit, which has been completed, was discussed and detailed instructions for its testing at the meeting in Valladolid were proposed. The meeting in Valladolid has been fully organized and the schedule of meetings has been determined. Some details were also discussed for the meeting in Belgium. Finally, a brief reference was made to the traffic statistics on the project website and on social media. Finally, another online meeting was scheduled before the TPM in Spain in early November 2025.
